Black Meta Connect is hosting a month long Black History Month celebration taking place in VRChat and Horizon Worlds. Each week, we host a different event—ranging from a lively DJ Kickoff Party to an Art & Culture Showcase, a Community Panel, and a Closing Party with Open Mic. Sponsors get repeated brand exposure across both VR platforms and on Instagram for the entire month, rather than a single-day event.

Tier 2: Spotlight Sponsor – $50

  • Featured IG Coverage
    • One (1) dedicated Instagram post (or reel) + one (1) additional IG story mention mid-month.
  • Prominent VR Logo Placement
    • Mid-sized logo displayed in both VRChat and Horizon Worlds throughout February.
  • Weekly Verbal Recognition
    • A “Thank you to our Spotlight Sponsors” shoutout at all major events (Kickoff, Showcase, Panel, Closing).
  • Optional VR Item
    • A small in-world hat, pin, or prop with your logo (if desired).

Tier 3: Premier Sponsor – $100

  • Extended Instagram Campaign
    • Two (2) IG posts or reels + two (2) IG story mentions across the month, plus a pinned “Sponsor Highlight” so your brand remains visible in our story archives.
  • High-Visibility VR Branding
    • Large logo in premium locations (entrance, main stage) in VRChat and Horizon Worlds all month.
  • Detailed Verbal Recognition
    • At each event, the MC/host gives a short, personalized brand mention (e.g., “[Your Company] is proud to support Black Meta Connect…”).
  • Optional VR Item
    • A small in-world hat, pin, or prop with your logo (if desired).
  • Optional VR Integration (Video Ad)
    • If you have a short 30–60 second video, we’ll implement it (subject to platform limitations).
